A balanced and grounding practice, to welcome the start of Autumn and embrace the season’s energy of releasing and letting go.
Leading you into a deeply relaxed state to float effortlessly into the sound bath.

GONG BATH SOUND JOURNEY WITH AMY - WHAT TO EXPECT
Embrace the energy of the Autumn Equinox by slowing down and allowing yourself to be guided on a journey with sound and vibration. All you need to do is lay down and allow The Gong’s vibrations to move through you. The vibrations of the gong work at a cellular level to release stagnant energy and rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
DETAILS AND HOW TO BOOK
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but please bring a pillow and eye covering. Please wear warm comfortable clothing and we'd suggest bringing a water bottle with you.
