Welcome to chakra-themed vinyasa flow at Hillside Community Hall! We practice sun and moon salutations and powerful asanas (postures).

15 August – 1st chakra – root chakra
22 August – 2nd chakra – sacral chakra
29 August – 3rd chakra – solar plexus
5 September – 4th chakra – heart chakra
12 September – 5th chakra – throat chakra
19 September – 6th chakra – brow chakra (third eye)
26 September – 7th chakra – crown chakra
The hall is located at 76 Hillside Rd, Bath BA2 3NX. There is a small free car park at the venue and you can also park on the road for free.
