The return of our seasonal women’s* circle: an opportunity to journey inwards whilst being held in community; to nourish the self through seasonal practices that help us to live in alignment with nature, and to experience healing through giving voice to that which may otherwise go unspoken.
Each month, throughout the season of Autumn, we will weave the wisdom of Ayurveda and the practice of Reiki, with the transformative power of circle.
Come and sit around the candlelit centrepiece, sip on healing teas and Ayurvedic elixirs, be guided through restorative meditations, and enter a state of remembering, as we return to this ancient tradition.
No experience of circle is needed, just a willingness to allow your body this time to be present.
