Join Taj Chander for a powerful Autumn Equinox Sound Bath honoring the great turning of the year from light toward dark, and outward expansion toward the inner world.
At the Equinox, day and night approach balance. As the natural world begins to withdraw its energy toward the roots, we are invited to do the same.
Through Taj’s collection of sacred instruments including crystal bowls, planetary gongs, and subtle mantras, we’ll soothe the nervous system, clear the inner space, and attune the energetic body to the deepening rhythm of the Earth.
