The Autumn Equinox marks the turning of the wheel towards the darker half of the year—a time of release, gratitude, and deepening wisdom. This is a moment to honour both what we have harvested and what we are ready to let go of.
What You’ll Experience
Sacred Cacao Ceremony
We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, allowing the warmth of this sacred plant medicine to guide us in reflection and gratitude. Used for centuries in ceremony, cacao invites stillness and clarity, supporting us in honouring both the light and shadow within.
Guided Journaling & Reflection
As we transition into autumn, we are called to take stock of our personal harvest—our lessons, growth, and experiences. Through guided journaling, you will explore what is ready to be released and what wisdom you wish to carry forward into the months ahead.
Meditation & Sound Bath Ceremony
In our closing ritual, we will immerse in a meditative sound bath, where the resonance of crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes will support deep release and renewal. As we surrender to the natural cycle of letting go, we create space for stillness, rest, and inner transformation.
