Autumn Equinox Sound Bath Ceremony at Sunset

After a bold Leo season, the fall presents a time for us to slow down and reflect on all that the universe has sent our way, and to call in what’s to come next. Together we will set intentions and experience a restorative sunset sound bath.

Using a combination of Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Shruti Box, Drumming, Chimes, Ocean drum, Singing and More, Morgan will create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and reset.

Please plan to arrive no later than 6pm ; Ceremony will begin at 6:05pm.
(Doors open at 5:45pm)

PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO PARK AND GET CHECKED IN.

5:45pm: Doors Open / Check in

6:05pm: Doors Close + Ceremony Begins

6:05 - 7:05pm: Sound Bath

7:05pm-7:30pm: Sunset

✨WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket & anything else you may need to be comfortable.

This event is located at The Shores Resort & Spa inside the oceanfront rooftop terrace. Take Elevator to Roof(R), first door on the right (Atlantic Room)
