Join Khem Reyall and Elora Herberick for this special seasonal Sound Bath and Restorative Yoga that will transport your mind, body and soul to complete relaxation and expanded awareness. Waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments guide us thru some restorative yoga postures. A meditation and vocalization help us transition into the new season!
