We Invite you to Come immerse YOURSELF in a Full Day of Connecting, Pampering, & Filling Your Cup with all things Spiritual-Energetic Healing and a Gratitude-Attitude Approach!

We will Kick off the Day with Coffee & Qi gong. This will help in centering our energy & Awakening our Senses to take in all the Abundance the Solstice presents with the changing of seasons.

We will move into learning new ways to Keep our Physical Vessels in their Optimal Form with Plants & Vibrational Energy. Learning how the 2 work together in separate forms.

*Everyone will have the opportunity to create remedies to take home with them in this part of the Retreat.

This Seasonal Meal will be great to nourish our bodies with Life giving Energy. We will be offering an organic approach for food such as Vegetables, Fruits, meats & Gluten free options.

After Lunch we will start in slow for the Afternoon sessions.

Beginning with a Mindfulness Meditation with Reiki healing.

Getting us into a balanced alignment for learning our Own energetic approach to being in perfect harmony with our Highest Path.

Finished off with some Extra Amazing things that we Will be revealing closer to the Event date.
