Celebrate with Deana for a Special 2025 Sacred Equinox Ceremony.
The Autumn Equinox is a time of balance and reflection. A moment of transition in the year between the lightest days to the darkest days.
An invitation to create Autumn intentions through a metta (loving kindness) practice moving physical, and emotional energy through Yin-Yoga. Connecting to self in a Seated Meditation, and descend into a Sound Bath Journey to shift energetic frequencies. Hands-on Reiki will also be offered to activate the power of universal energy.
A gift symbolizing the soul's rebirth, growth, and awakening will be given to each participant.
