Join Kate as she creates a magical container of herbs, sacred ritual and sound vibration to honour the Autumn Equinox.

The Equinox is an extremely potent part of our year. It has been revered and celebrated throughout history. It holds so much magic and so much potential for us to start to call in the focus and the potential for the rest of the year. We move from the scattered and outward energy of the Summer into the depths of our inward underworld of the descent to Winter.

This change and shift is so powerful for each of us if we can lean into the possibilities that it holds. We must not fear the change we must embrace this incredible opportunity for shift and for allowing things to fall away like the autumn leaves if they no longer are part of our story. Inviting rest and regeneration. Letting go and finding flow.

Kate will create a circle that guides you through a beautiful journey that fully honours the magic of this festival.

About Kate:

Kate Fleur Young is a musician, Sound Artist and Yoga Teacher and works everyday using Sound as a healing tool to alter states of consciousness and create transformative experiences through frequency.

She discovered crystal bowls and progressed to train in Sonic Medicine which expanded the magic of sound into every part of her life and work where is has become an integral part of her understanding of healing and expansion, not only for herself but for others.

Kate creates raw and organic immersions and journeys through the alchemy of the bowls and her voice and electronics. Kate also uses Ritual and Ceremony in her work, guiding us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves, our human experience, our connection to Nature and its cycles, and making the every day sacred. • Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.
