The Autumn Equinox is a powerful threshold; a moment of balance between light & darkness before we begin our gradual descent into the quieter, more inward energy of the season.
⚖️ The Equinox also marks the Sun entering Libra, the sign of balance, harmony, relationships, reciprocity, & restoring equilibrium.
This is an invitation to pause & ask:
✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ Where am I being called back into balance?
✨ What relationships, patterns, or commitments are no longer in alignment?
✨ What do I want to carry with me into this next season?
✨ Where can I soften, surrender, & trust the natural rhythm of life?
🍁 Autumn reminds us that letting go is not the same as losing. The trees don't cling to their leaves because they're afraid of what comes next. They release what has completed its purpose; trusting that there is wisdom in the cycle of shedding, rest, renewal, & return.
Together we will gather in sacred space to honor this transition through the deeply restorative combination of Reiki energy healing + vibrational sound healing. Allow the sounds to wash over you. Allow your nervous system to soften. Allow yourself to release what you've been carrying. Allow yourself to simply be. This is a space for grounding, energetic clearing, reflection, & reconnecting with yourself as we cross this seasonal threshold together.
