Theme: This year, we’re bringing a little magic to the classroom with educational sessions and practical discussions surrounding cataract, refractive, cornea, glaucoma care, and more.
From mysteries hidden within the Restricted Section to clinical pearls worthy of your own spellbook, this magical day of learning is designed to bring fresh perspective back to your practice.
Whether you’re a Gryffindor go-getter, Ravenclaw researcher, Hufflepuff high achiever, or Slytherin strategist, there’s a seat waiting for you in Billings.
Itinerary: We will have breakfast from 7 AM-8 AM. Sessions start at 8 AM. Lunch is also included in your ticket. We'll wrap up at approximately 5:00 PM.

This year we are offering a unique opportunity for unaccredited staff to visit our clinic and ASC in Billings. Our team will guide your team through the entire patient experience cycle: from the phone team to the surgical coordinators, and from surgery check-in to check-out. They'll experience what your patients do when they refer to us. It's a great opportunity for your team to see the "behind the scenes" of Vance Thompson Vision and for our team to meet your team. They'll have the opportunity to try our virtual reality lens technology too!
Staff Credits: We are unable to offer a credited staff track this year. We will be offering the Tech Training Series again in 2027 for up to 12.0 credits pending.
