Autumn Equinox Reflection Walk

Soon, day will equal night...I invite you to pause for one day. Get out of the city and your daily routine, take one day for digital detox, focus on yourself and nature, and reflect.

What awaits you?

• A walk in the woods (approx. 12km) on a dog-friendly path
• A familiar circle of like-minded people
• Reflection questions to ponder on your own and discuss in small groups
• Mindfulness exercise to get into closer contact with nature
• New perspective, new insights and new friends

What is included in the price?

• Guided exercises and facilitated activities
• Community leader & guide for the day: find out more about Eszter
• Material for exercises (yes, you will take some of it as memory)
• WhatsApp group with confirmed participants
• Digital photo folder: photo memories taken by a photographer, Johanna Wittig.
• A small snack

What is not included in the price?

• Public transportation
• More snacks (aka lunch pack)
• Water or other drinks

A note about the price:

The regular contribution is €15. However if this means challenge for you, feel free to opt for the lower fee.
