This is your invitation to join myself and Phil Gibson for an Autumn Equinox Reflective Meditation and Restorative Healing Sound Bath.
This is a special Workshop incorporating the Autumn Equinox. The Equinox invites us to reflect over the summertime since the Spring Equinox and all that you have gathered & harvested. What can stay ? What can go ? Where have you achieved a feeling of balance in your life ? How much do you want things to remain the same and static ? How much change do you require? What needs to go and be released to allow you the space to heal and gathering yourself together to rest and restore as we gently slip towards the Winter Solstice.
There will be the opportunity to draw guidance from Oracle Cards and do some gentle reflection with some journaling, before I begin to guide you into Meditation leading you into a place which allows deeper reflection on a subconscious level, with the support from Phil intuitively flowing with sound to support your journey which will be healing and restorative, deepening your level of relaxation.
Your investment is £30. A deposit of £15 is payable at the time of booking and the remaining £15 in cash on the evening please.
You will need something to lie on (unless you would prefer to sit, but most people like to get comfortable on the floor), blankets, pillow and water. There will be hot drinks & herbal teas together with something sweet at the end of the Sound Bath to support your journey back to the present moment.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of 7.30pm in order to settle, choose your Oracle Card & reflect on what you wish to achieve from this Autumn Equinox offering.

I will be doing a small collection of none perishable items to donate to our local Food Bank. If you could spare anything at all, it would be much appreciated. I always feel this time of year there is so much abundance around us and we can take so much for granted, it's a perfect time to be grateful for all we have but also be reminded that there are others that are not so abundant in their own lives and how can we contribute with just a small gift can make all the difference. (This is not essential but would be very gratefully received)
