🍂 Autumn Equinox Ecstatic Gong Rave 🍂As the wheel of the year turns to balance day and night, join us in celebrating the Autumn Equinox with an evening of heart-opening connection, movement, and sound.
We begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao, warming your spirit and softening your heart, followed by a guided meditation to ground and centre you in the energy of the season.
From there, we flow into gentle, awakening movement that opens the body and invites you into the freedom of ecstatic dance—a space to move as you feel, release what no longer serves you, and welcome in the gifts of the harvest.
As our journey draws to a close, sink into deep stillness with a soothing gong bath, allowing the vibrations to wash over you, restoring harmony and inner calm.
✨ When: Friday 19th Sept 6.30-9.30pm (arrive on time no earlier please)
✨ Where: Main Hall, Sherwood Community Centre, NG5 3FN
✨ What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a blanket,yoga mat/camp bed or recliner for the gong bath.
Come and honour the turning of the seasons with community, movement, and sound—leaving you nourished, uplifted, and ready for the next chapter of the year.

Please leave all belongings in seated area outside of main hall including shoes. The building is secure and caretaker operates entry via buzzer.
