Join Ali Fitzpatrick for a special Autumn Equinox + New Moon Eclipse in Virgo evening of reflection, ritual and renewal, featuring Guided Meditation and gentle movement, a heart opening Cacao Ceremony and a deeply immersive Sound Bath. Together, we’ll honor the changing of the season and align with the powerful energies of this time. The Fall Equinox marks a return to balance, a moment of equal light and dark, and invites us to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves after the fullness of summer. This shift is amplified by a potent Virgo Solar Eclipse, offering a rare opportunity for release, intention setting, and personal reset.
We’ll begin with a brief Astrology talk to help you understand what this Eclipse Season means for you, both in the days ahead and the larger cycle to come. From there, we’ll move into a short reflection and journaling practice, a gentle Kundalini inspired movement and meditation practice, cacao ceremony and a deeply nourishing Sound Bath.
This evening is designed to support your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and help you step into this new season feeling grounded, intentional, and renewed.
Please bring a journal, water, and anything cozy for the sound bath (blanket, pillow, etc.).
