Autumn Equinox Community Fire Ceremony

Please note: This is strictly an alcohol-free event.
Join us in community as we gather around the fire to honour the Autumn Equinox, the moment when day and night stand in perfect balance before we enter the darker half of the year.
The Autumn Equinox is a sacred turning point in the Wheel of the Year. It invites us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of life.
Together we will:
• Seek balance within ourselves as light and dark find harmony.
• Give thanks for the harvest, the blessings, growth, and lessons of the year.
• Release what no longer serves us into the fire, creating space for new beginnings.
• Prepare for the inward journey of the darker months, a season of reflection, rest, and renewal.
**Around the fire we will share:**
• Ceremony and intention setting.
• A circle of connection, song and prayer.
• Gratitude, reflection and community.
**Please bring:**
• £2+, or whatever you can comfortably afford, towards firewood and materials.
• An item of food to share with the community.
• One plain stick, holding the intention of what you are ready to release.
• One decorated stick, representing what you are welcoming into your life.
• Drum | rattle - if you don't posses these you could make a rattle from a bottle | tin filled with grains and sealed.
• 3 words on small separate pieces of paper that you're ready and willing to release
• Warm | waterproof clothing of needed.
• An open heart.
Let us come together in balance, gratitude and community as we honour the turning of the seasons and the wisdom of the fire.
