Honour the earth, connect with likeminded souls and find your inner balance. With sacred cacao, light language, reiki and sound healing.

Autumn Equinox is a time of perfect balance between light and dark, night and day, on our beautiful earth. It is also a time of harvest, where we offer gratitude and thanks to the land for all that she has offered and provided for us over the spring and summer months.

We will gather to offer thanks for all of the land's gifts. She provides everything we have in our lives, and to take time to honour her in return and give offerings to show our thanks is a sacred act. Our ancestors were familiar with ritual and ceremony to give gratitude and show respect to earth, but for most of us in the West, these traditions have unfortunately become lost in time.

Supported by the heart opening medicine of sacred cacao, we will explore our relationship with the land, our home, and offer our time and energy to honour her.

We will also receive a beautiful light language, reiki and sacred sound infused meditation journey, to welcome in balance. The intention will be to honour and balance our masculine and feminine energies, our own light and dark, our internal reflection of the world that holds us. I'll be tuning in nearer the time to see what medicine is needed for the group, but the themes of balance, shedding and letting go are likely to be part of the ceremony, as we move through Autumn, echoing the energy of the season.

What you'll need

Please bring an offering for the earth. This can be anything you feel called to offer, but it's best if it's biodegradable as I'll be inviting you to offer this fully back to earth in your own time - by burying it or gifting it to a river, lake or the sea. Traditional offerings include sacred tobacco, food, money and milk. You might feel called to offer a crystal, or jewellery, spend some time making something, or take time in nature looking for any feathers, shells or anything else that catches your eye. You'll also need a notepad and pen, plus some water or hot tea to keep you hydrated (no caffeine).

Any queries please reach out. There are contraindications for ceremonial cacao, sound and energy healing, so please let me know in advance of the session if you have any health conditions, are on medication or if you're pregnant so that I'm aware as cacao and/or energy healing might not be for you at this point in time.

If the energy exchange is a barrier for you please reach out, as I want these offerings to be as inclusive as possible.
