Gather with us in nature to celebrate the Autumn Equinox and the sacred season of Mabon—a time of harvest, balance, gratitude, abundance, and honoring the joyous gifts of our bountiful Mother Earth.
This special three-hour seasonal gathering is an invitation to slow down, connect with the changing Earth, celebrate what has grown, and gather your inner harvest.
Together, we'll welcome autumn through a beautiful blend of seasonal ritual, mindful movement, nature connection, creativity, and community.
🍎 Seasonal Mabon Altar
We'll create a communal autumn altar honoring the abundance of Mother Earth. Guests are invited (but never required!) to bring a small seasonal offering—an apple, flowers, herbs, garden harvest, bread, apple butter, preserves, or another meaningful symbol of autumn's bounty.
🌾 The Sacred Season of Mabon
Learn about the Autumn Equinox and Mabon as we explore themes of balance, harvest, gratitude, abundance, reciprocity, and the transition into the quieter half of the year.
🧘 Gentle Yoga + Breathwork
Grounding, accessible movement and breath practices inspired by balance and the changing season.
🌿 Mindful Guided Hike + Forest Bathing
Slow down and experience the forest through sensory invitations, mindful wandering, and elements of the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing.
🍵 Seasonal Tea + Journaling
Pause with a warm cup of tea and reflect on your own inner harvest—what has grown, what you're grateful for, and what you're ready to carry into autumn.
🎨 Nature Art Invitation
Connect with your creative spirit through a simple seasonal nature-art experience inspired by the colors, textures, and abundance of autumn.
🍂 Closing Mabon Ritual
We'll return to our seasonal altar to close our afternoon together in gratitude for the Earth, the season, and our own personal harvest.
No experience with yoga, forest bathing, meditation, or seasonal ritual is needed. Come exactly as you are.

The very first person to register will receive a special Bountiful Harvest Gift at our gathering. What's inside? That's part of the fun. 🍎✨
🌧️ Weather Plan
Light autumn rain won't necessarily stop us! We will embrace the season and use sheltered areas when available.
If storms or unsafe weather prevent us from gathering outdoors, our Autumn Equinox Celebration will move to a virtual gathering, so we can still honor Mabon and welcome the season together.
Come celebrate the turning of the Wheel of the Year, the abundance of Mother Earth, and the harvest within you.
