Join us for a heart-opening Ceremonial Cacao and an immersive Sound Bath inside the beautiful St Catherine’s Church on Telegraph Hill, New Cross.

Built in the late 19th century and standing proudly at the top of Telegraph Hill, St Catherine’s has welcomed generations of people seeking peace, hope and connection. Our evening begins with ceremonial cacao—a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries in sacred rituals. Cacao invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself with clarity, compassion and intention.

A nourishing ritual to honour the balance of the Equinox, using heart-opening cacao, soothing sound frequencies, and guided manifestation to release what no longer serves you and create space for your intentions, deep relaxation, emotional release, nervous-system calming, heart connection, greater clarity, grounding, and renewed focus on your desires and intentions.
