Tap into the natural rhythm of the Fall Equinox to realign your mind, body & spirit.
What's included:
Welcome Circle- Set your intention for the Season
Equinox Flow/Yin Yoga with Melissa- Release tension and root into your body
Guided Meditation with Amy G.- Symbolic leaf releasing ritual
Sound Bath with Juana- Restorative vibrations including singing bowls, gongs chimes etc...
Light lunch & nourishing juices

Please bring a yoga mat. Props will be provided for the yoga class but feel free to bring a journal and anything that you may need to be fully relaxed during the sound bath.
