We’ll begin with a warm, heart-opening cup of organic ceremonial-grade cacao, lovingly infused with a handcrafted Autumn spice blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, and allspice.
These warm, earthy spices awaken the senses, support emotional balance, and encourage clarity as you transition into the inward season.
As you receive your cacao, you'll also receive a personal angel card pull. Crissy will offer intuitive insight to support your journey and gently guide you to set a healing intention for the evening.
Once grounded in your heart, you’ll be invited to rest and receive a powerful 432 Hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath. These high-frequency tones help release stress, soothe the nervous system, and realign your energetic body, creating space for clarity, peace, and renewal.
