As the seasons shift and the leaves begin to fall, autumn offers us a beautiful invitation: slow down, release what you’ve outgrown, and make space for what’s next.
Join Bippity Boppity Two for a deeply restorative Sound Bath & Reiki experience designed to help you soften, reset, and reconnect with your own inner magic.
Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, guided meditation, breathwork, and Reiki energy to create a peaceful space where you can simply pause, breathe, receive, and be.
✨ Your journey will include:
• Guided breathwork & meditation
• Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls
• An immersive sound healing journey
• Tibetan bowls gently placed on or around the body (optional)
• Chimes, drums & other healing instruments
• Reiki energy healing
• A complimentary Autumn Intention Crystal
• Heated lavender & chamomile eye masks (or an unheated option)
• A grounding closing intention to carry with you beyond the experience

Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a little autumn ritual of your own. No previous experience with sound healing or Reiki is needed.
🧘 What to Bring
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (yoga mats available at the studio if you don't have one)
- Blanket and/or pillow for extra coziness
- An open heart and willingness to receive
Eye masks (including optional heated lavender eye masks) will be provided for your comfort.
🌙 A GENTLE REMINDER FROM THE UNIVERSE
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in, get comfortable, and prepare for your journey.
Please silence or completely turn off cell phones and other electronic devices before we begin. This is your time to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
During the sound bath, you’ll have the option to receive gentle Reiki energy and experience the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls placed on or around the body. If you prefer not to have a bowl placed on you, simply let us know.
No expectations. No experience necessary. Just come as you are. ✨
