As summer’s fullness dissolves, autumn calls us to let go of that which no longer serves. Leaves dry, wither, and fall; the air sharpens, and energy begins its descent toward stillness.
Autumn marks the downward turn toward yin: refinement, release, and clarity. The metal element, in concert with the lungs and large intestine, encourages us to cut away what has fulfilled its purpose. The sense of smell draws us toward what is pure and essential.
In this workshop, we’ll align with autumn’s wisdom:
• Gentle warming flow
• Yin poses for lungs & large intestine
• Breathwork for cleansing release
• Reflection on letting go
Leave clear, spacious, and ready to embrace autumn’s quiet clarity.
