Guided by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this workshop focuses on the lungs and large intestine meridians, governed by the metal element. Introduction to TCM Meridians: Learn how the lungs support immunity, vitality, and breath, and how the large intestine promotes healthy elimination and emotional letting go.

Guided Breathwork: Strengthen lung qi and harmonize seasonal energy.

Acupuncture Point Activation: Gentle self-activation of key points, including:

• Lung 9 (Taiyuan): Tonifies lung qi and yin
• Lung 7 (Lieque): Opens the chest and supports defensive qi
• Large Intestine 4 (Hegu): Regulates immunity and clears stagnation

Qigong Flow: Simple movements to open and balance lung and large intestine meridians

Meditation: A brief practice to cultivate clarity, renewal, and inner balance
