A wonderful day of creative reflection, connection and ease. A time to notice the shifting beauty of the seasons and to acknowledge and appreciate our own transformation throughout the year.

The beautiful Purusha retreat is a place of sanctuary, set in acres of diverse Lincolnshire countryside, join me as we gather together, with other incredible women like you, working in Medicine.

Time to invest in yourself, to cherish away from busy schedules, everyday demands and expectations.

A safe space where you can feel grounded, centred and experience a deep connection with nature, enabling you to feel inspired by the beautiful seasonal elements that we will immerse ourselves in for the day.

There will be the opportunity to reflect on the year so far and think about how we wish to prepare for winter, taking guidance and inspiration from the natural world. A moment to experience creative flow, with the option of making botanical arrangements, using beautiful British grown seasonal flowers and foliage, creative writing and mark making.
