(For September we will meet the 3rd and 5th Monday of the month but starting in October and moving forward we will meet the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month).

Living with an autoimmune condition can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Stronger Together is a free, bi-monthly support group designed to create a safe and welcoming space where we can connect, share, and encourage one another.
This group is more than a place to vent. Our purpose is to:
✨ Provide emotional support through open, respectful conversation
✨ Share resources, tools & information to help manage symptoms & improve quality of life
✨ Offer gentle exercises and practices to support mind-body wellness
✨ Build a community of understanding, compassion, and encouragement
Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been navigating your health journey for years, this group offers a supportive environment where you can feel heard, validated, and empowered.
Together, we’ll learn, grow, and find strength in community — because healing is not something we have to do alone.
