Autobiographical Artist’s Book Workshop

Join me on an inward journey as we explore our personal histories and create space to honour our lived experiences. This experimental course is inspired by Anthroposophy and its biographical approach, while incorporating both contemporary and traditional techniques, including photography, embroidery, illustration, and collage.

Each session begins with a short guided meditative exercise, followed by hands-on making. Participants will gradually develop their own autobiographical artist’s book in a supportive and reflective environment.

All materials and light refreshments are included.
