About the book

Milly Kinkaid is struggling to save a marriage that feels further away than ever; society matriarch Sylvia Johnson faces the sudden ruin of her family’s financial security; and Adele Lambert, a standoffish loner, is desperate to keep the dark secrets of her past from being exposed. Beneath the prim and proper facade of this exclusive beach community, the three women must confront the lies they tell themselves to find the strength to start over.
