Join us in the library meeting room on Tuesday, September 22nd from 6-7pm, as Eau Claire authors and travel writers, Tom Manus and Kristi Flick Manus talk about their new book, Lost Treasures of Wisconsin: Restaurants, Drive-ins, Concert Halls, and Other Favorite Places From the Past.
Revisit cherished community gathering places, the flavors we can no longer taste, and traditions that forged a state’s identity. These places are gone now, but their stories live on in this special collection.
They've also written Secret Wisconsin and Historic Wisconsin Roadsides, and will be available to sign copies for attendees. The couple has been featured on TV and radio stations across the Midwest, including WGN Chicago and NPR.
Come learn & have fun with these entertaining authors!
