Join us in the Cordingley Room at the Great Falls Public Library for an author talk with Mike Hoggan. Cassiopeia Books with be on site to sell copies of "Between Predator & Prey".
Mike Hoggan is a retired Wildlife Service Specialist and a lifelong outdoorsman who’s spent most of his life working the land and living close to it. Over more than forty years, he worked side by side with livestock producers across rural Nevada and the Rocky Mountains of Montana, helping manage predator problems—from coyotes to grizzlies—and doing whatever needed to be done to keep the balance.
Between Predator and Prey is precisely where Mike Hoggan found himself throughout his long career. Every chapter in this book comes straight from his real-life experiences—on the ground and in the air—working to protect livestock and manage predators across the West during a remarkable forty-plus years as a government hunter and trapper for USDA Wildlife Services.
