Austin Channing Brown (she/her) is an author and speaker providing inspired leadership on racial justice in America. In 2018, she released her first book, The New York Times bestselling I’m Still Here: Black Dignity in a World Made for Whiteness. Austin then wrote a young readers version of Im Still Here, and contributed essays to two anthologies, Hungry Hearts and You Are Your Best Thing. Last year she released her newest book, Full of Myself: Black Womanhood and the Journey to Self-Possession. Austin earned a Bachelor of Arts in business management from North Park University as well as a Masters of Arts in social justice from Marygrove College in Detroit. In 2024, she was awarded an honorary doctorate from Oakland University in Michigan.
Ryan Ken (they/them) is an actor and award-winning television writer who uses an unconventional comedic perspective to comment on social issues, film, television, politics, and pop culture. They first came to public attention through their popular online satirical parodies, which have amassed millions of views across social media. In 2022, Ryan Ken joined the writing team of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and for that work, they have received four Emmy Awards, four Writers Guild Awards, and a Peabody. Ken's work has been featured in NPR, the LA Times, Vulture, and The Huffington Post.
