About the author
Dr Suela Pirushi is an award-winning author, leadership consultant and organisational transformation expert. She has worked across international organisations, government and business, bringing extensive experience of leadership, partnerships and organisational change.
She has completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and her work explores leadership, human connection and organisational decision-making in a rapidly changing world.
Through her consultancy and writing, she challenges traditional models of leadership and helps organisations explore how trust, purpose and genuine care for people can support sustainable business success.
