Join Tomorrow Bookstore for an author conversation with Brian Allen Carr on their book "Opioid,Indiana", a novel that dives into the heart of Indiana's opioid crisis through the eyes of a resilient teenager. Copies of "Opioid,Indiana" will be available for purchase and signing.

About Opioid, Indiana :Opioid, Indiana by Brian Allen Carr is a compelling novel set in a small town deeply affected by the opioid crisis. The story follows 17-year-old Riggle Quick, who is living with his uncle and his uncle’s girlfriend after the death of his parents. During a week-long suspension from school, Riggle searches for a job and his missing, drug-addicted uncle. As he navigates the challenges of rural Indiana, Riggle encounters a diverse group of locals, each reflecting the harsh realities and resilience of life in a community grappling with addiction.
About Brian Allen Carr: Brian Allen Carr is the author of Opioid, Indiana and Bad Foundations. He is an Aspen Words Finalist, a Wonderland Book Award winner, and was awarded the Texas Observer Story Prize by Larry McMurtry. He is from Texas and lives in Indiana.
