Author event with Jill Biden

Join Parnassus Books, Vanderbilt Library, and Dialogue Vanderbilt, for a candid conversation with former First Lady Jill Biden about her life in the White House during a singular moment in US history — and her new memoir, View from the East Wing: A Memoir.

This is a ticketed event and will take place at 6:30 p.m. CT, in Langford Auditorium on the Vanderbilt Campus on Monday, June 8th. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

Ticketing:

You must have a ticket to attend this event.

Each ticket is $35.50 and includes one general admission seat and a copy of View from the East Wing with a signed bookplate.

Please note, there will NOT be a signing line for personalizations following this event.

Each ticket purchase includes a $10 contribution in support of the 38th annual Southern Festival of Books, presented by Vanderbilt University in partnership with Humanities Tennessee. Your contribution helps ensure the festival remains a space that fosters meaningful connections between authors, readers, and the broader community.
