Join us for an engaging evening of conversation with acclaimed Calgary author Marcello Di Cintio and Fernie's own Angie Abdou, as they discuss Di Cintio’s powerful new book, Precarious: The Lives of Migrant Workers.Named one of The Globe and Mail’s 100 Best Books of 2025 and winner of the 2024 Dave Greber Freelance Writers Book Award, Precarious offers a moving and timely exploration of Canada’s migrant labour system.
