Her new (third) book Save Me from the Waves charts her journey from sea to summit, all fuelled by listening to every single episode of her favourite radio programme Desert Island Discs. It’s a story about living big and bravely when life doesn’t go to plan; the redemptive power of music and the mountains; and finding friends and family in the most unexpected places.
