Author Day at Giffen!

We are excited to welcome local Author Raven Daley as this year's PreK-2nd grade author presenter!
During the presentation Ms. Daley will read her newest book Oh Brother! I'm a Big Brother, as well as share information about herself, the book process and time for Q&A.
Every student will receive a copy of the book to take home!
After the presentation students will visit a spokesperson from our local public library and create their very own character puppets!

In Oh Brother! I’m a Big Brother, Kingston, a curious three year-old, eagerly awaits the arrival of his baby brother. He dreams of sharing adventures and his toys, but soon learns that having a baby sibling also means sharing his parents' attention, his space, and his favorite things. Through patience and love, Kingston discovers that even though he has to share, he is still loved and special in his family.
