December 7, 2024, through December 31, 2024, tour the Jackson Mansion's first and second floors as well as the restored kitchen area. See how it would have looked as the Jackson’s celebrated their first Christmas in their new home.
This year’s theme will be a Civil War Christmas.
Authentic Victorian decorations, live tree, and greens, costume guided tours with much Christmas history. Tours are every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:30AM or 1:00PM.
No tours on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Tours on Monday, December 23rd.
Special - On December 13th and 14th only, Tours will run every hour from 11:00AM until 7:00PM. Basement kitchen will be open for these special tours with cookies and hot wassail being prepared on the kitchen coal burning stove. There will also be a Civil War encampment on the lawn of the mansion with tents and fires. There may be a fife and drum performance also.
All groups will tour the mansion with their own tour guide. Groups may be combined. Cost $30 for non-members and $15 for Berwick Historical Society Members and children under 16 years old.
