Authentic relating meets conscious touch :)A collaboration between Connection Lab & Clem Lafon.
Join us for an evening of (re)connection to yourself while being in contact with others. In this evening, we will mindfully explore what is it that we want, moment-to-moment, when it comes to touch. This involves noticing what we feel, trusting it, and valuing it enough to express it outloud. Easier said than done, hence we'll go slow, do exercises to ground ourselves in the here&now, develop our inner compass, and practice expressing our wishes. And grant these wishes! We will combine authentic relating, the wheel-of-consent framework, and other emotional work modalities. All of this so that perhaps, you will receive what feels like a "fuck yeah!" to you, and you will give only what you are ready to, so that you can give full-heartedly. And maybe not; there is no expectation or goal to reach in this evening, it is rather a playground for you to experiment with where you are at when it comes to touch, giving and receiving. For the sake of experimenting, we will play in non-sexual territories on this one.
The event will be facilitated in English (possibility of doing the group exercises in Czech).

About the facilitators

Clem - Clem is providing spaces for humans to experience self-acceptance, deeper emotional connection to and exploration of themselves and others. He is trained in Internal Family Systems (level 1) and mixes it with different approaches from honest communication and embodiment. More info at warmthandjoy.wordpress.com.
Adam - Adam has over 10 years of experience with Experiential education, working with kids and adults. He is passionate about Authentic Relating, congruence in communication, embodyment, vulnerability and connection.
Outside of ConnectionLab he strives to bring authenticity in to team Leadership in corporate environments.
