In a world full of trainings, trends and expectations, it’s easy to lose sight of your own voice as a teacher. If you’ve ever felt unsure about what to include in your classes, or found yourself comparing your work to others or you may simply be looking to revisit your approach, or reconnect with what feels meaningful in your teaching, this one-day course is an opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters to you as a practitioner.
Together, we’ll explore how to create classes and events that feel aligned with your personal values so you can teach with more confidence, clarity and authenticity.
Open to yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and all wellbeing practitioners, this course will offer a supportive space to:
• Explore your personal values and how they shape your teaching.
• Identify your strengths and what makes your offering unique.
• Explore what authentic teaching looks like in real-life settings.
• Begin shaping content that feels genuine, sustainable and aligned with who you are.
It is my intention that you will leave with a clearer sense of direction and ideas you can start to bring into your offerings straight away.
Date: Friday 29th May, 26
Times: 9.30am-3.30pm
Investment: £70
