Hi and Welcome to a Space for Authentic Connection!
As 2025 comes to a close, we invite you into an intimate, connected, and playful space to reflect, share, and celebrate the year together.
This is a chance to pause, to honor the journey of the past year, anchor ourselves in the richness of the present, and reflect on what needs radical change in our life and relationships.
This is a space for reflection, connection, and renewal, where both the challenges and the triumphs of the year can be seen, shared, and integrated.and bring them into awareness with compassion and curiosity.
Through a mix of playful games, deep reflection practices, and authentic relating activities, we’ll create space for both individual insight and shared group learning.
Together, we will:
✨ Reflect on the year gone by, what you’ve created, where you’ve stretched, and what still feels tender.
✨ Release what no longer serves you, making space for clarity and renewal.
✨ Revive your sense of connection, to yourself, to others, and to what truly matters.
✨ Envision and clarify what do you wish to bring, grow, and embody in your life.
This gathering is not only about looking back, it’s also about moving forward, a chance to pause, connect, and realign with yourself and others in a meaningful, heart-centered way. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of wholeness, inspiration, and direction as we step into a new year together.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our time together will move in a rhythm between openness and introspection, supporting personal reflection, relational depth, and organic connection. Our practices vary between working in pairs, small groups, and as a full circle, inviting you to experience different dynamics of connection.
There will also be time set aside for tea and casual conversations, providing space to unwind and chat in a relaxed setting. Door open at 11:50 please arrive on time to allow time to settle in and honour the flow of the group. If you are late we may ask you to wait to the end of the activity.
Is This for You? Our sessions are open to both newcomers and those experienced in Authentic Relating. However, this can be an intense process for some, requiring curiosity and openness to explore and share personal experiences with others. Please note that there is no obligation to participate in any activities; it is your choice. We ensure a respectful space where everyone is treated without judgment, allowing open and honest expression.
