Come join us for Authentic Relating at Dallas Meditation Center every Wednesday at 7pm - 9pm Central.
Authentic Relating is a relational practice where we learn how to better connect with ourselves, being present and real, and deepening our connections with others. We use different exercises and games, both verbal to nonverbal, to help foster awareness, curiosity, and connection.
During each session, we will interact in pairs, small groups, and with the full group. This is a great space to gain confidence in public, to learn new tools to share your truth, and to cultivate more enriching relationships.
We start each session with our Authentic Relating Agreements. These are practices that help to create a brave container for people to feel vulnerable and share their authentic selves.
Starting July 23, we will do a series around the theme of the seven major chakras. Each week will focus on a different chakra, going from root to crown.
Come as you are, but ideally comfortably dressed. Bring a meditation/sitting pillow if you wish, but we will have some cushions to sit comfortably on the ground and chairs if needed.
$20 per session, pay at the door, or Venmo Paul.
