For over two decades I have tackled persistent conflicts eroding organizations and relationships, spurring frustration for me and my surrounding. In 2018, I took a hiatus, facing my own imperfections. My exploration of Authentic Relating and Circling inspired innovative programs, empowering individuals to turn breakdowns into opportunities. Guided by ART International, Dr Susan Campbell, Rick Smith and others, my focus centers on using conflicts to enhance relationships.
