More and more, I find myself wanting to live with radical honesty.
not to be harsh or unfiltered, but in a way that allows me to be fully myself. To say what's true. To listen deeply. To trust that authentic connection is possible.
That's what Authentic Relating is all about.
If you've ever wished conversations could go beyond small talk... or you've wanted to feel more seen, more understood, or more connected (to yourself and to others) this is a space to explore that.
Authentic Relating is a collection of simple, guided connection exercises that help us slow down, become more aware of what's happening inside us, and practice expressing it with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. There is no acting, no performing, no pressure to share more than feels right. You are always in charge of your own experience.
This gathering is beginner-friendly, and no experience is necessary. Whether you're naturally outgoing or a little nervous about meeting new people, you'll be gently guided every step of the way.
Some of what we'll explore:
- Being present instead of performing.
- Listening to understand rather than to fix.
- Expressing yourself honestly while respecting others.
- Practicing healthy boundaries and consent.
- Discovering what genuine connection feels like.
After our first gathering, I realized how much I love creating spaces where people can relax, be themselves, and experience meaningful connection. That's why I'm excited to offer another this for the second month .
This time on a Sunday afternoon. I'm curious to see how a slower, more spacious time of day supports our experience together.
You don't have to be "good" at vulnerability. You don't have to have the right words.
