For my last weekend, I wanted to share one final gift with Tasmania
I'm feeling a deep need for an intimate space - a space for reflection and inner listening.
That’s why I’m inviting you to join me in a practice that has supported me through many inner processes.
Authentic Movement
A gentle embodied practice coming from movment therapy, listening to what moves beneath the surface.
This practice is done in silence, without music. One person moves with eyes closed, following inner impulses and sensations, while others witness with soft presence.
There is no choreography or direction - only attention and awareness.
We’ll also integrate moments of writing, drawing and sharing in words, allowing what arises to take different form of expression.
This is an invitation to slow down, drop inward, and give space to what is often unspoken.
We give space to what the body remembers, feels, sensing, and imagining.
