Additionally, we will cover how to apply inclusive practices and continuously evaluate their effectiveness.

Ricki Ellison      

Ricki Ellison is the Director for Talent, Workforce Development, and Community Engagement at the Greater Wichita Partnership, where she aligns talent strategies with business goals to drive economic growth and community engagement. Previously, she was the Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, championing inclusive initiatives and connecting businesses through DEI strategies. With a background in education and sports, including roles at Wichita State University and Delaware State University, Ellison's energetic and passionate approach extends to her numerous board and committee roles, including with the United Way and LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and she is pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership from Wichita State University.
