This series of pop-ups will feature Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting a different country at each event based on my family travels. Our next pop-up will focus on authentic Greek food, showcasing some of the best dishes my kids and I enjoyed during our trip to Santorini in 2022. I’ve worked for years to perfect these recipes to taste just like we experienced in Santorini.
