The Authentic Communication Workshop is based on the brilliant and heart-centered work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg!
Every 2nd Saturday of the Month (Dec 13, Jan 10, Feb 14)

Learn the simple -yet effective- communication method from psychologist Marshall Rosenberg, PhD to get your needs met and deepen the relationship with yourself and others.
You will practice using observation, identifying feelings and needs, as well as making clear requests.
You will have an opportunity to express yourself authentically, and to listen empathically.
The workshop is led by Diane ‘Artemis’, Certified Life Coach & Trauma-Informed Care Advocate
