NVC (also called Compassionate Communication) is a globally recognized approach that supports individuals and organizations to learn from conflict, strengthen trust, and collaborate more effectively.
NVC principles are used in organizations worldwide, including Microsoft.

Myriam Verzat is a CNVC-certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication, based in Nanaimo, BC. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication and has over five years of experience supporting individuals, schools, and organizations across British Columbia and beyond.
Myriam brings warmth, clarity, and depth to her facilitation and is passionate about building more compassionate and sustainable workplaces and communities.
